DELIVERY AND INSPECTION
SAVERS BLINDS will contact you before we dispatch your blinds and will give you an approximate date of arrival of your package. If no one is home to receive the delivery, the courier service will leave a card in your mailbox and you can arrange with them the delivery of the package at most convenient time with you. Unfortunately, transit times are all approximate. SAVERS BLINDS will not be liable to any delays caused by the courier.
It is a must to inspect your delivery as soon as you received it. Refuse to accept damaged boxes or packaging. The courier will send these back to Savers Blinds.
Do not install blinds that have been damaged in transit. These will not be covered by warranty.
Please contact us immediately if you have missing boxes. Savers Blinds will then contact the courier company to track down the missing package.
You must notify Savers Blinds for any missing items, damaged products in transit or was made incorrectly within 5 days of the date of delivery. Savers Blinds will then repair or re-make your blinds at no cost to you. If you fail to notify us within this period of time, repairs or replacements cannot be made at no cost.
